Shipping Policy
Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery within Kuwait only.
Delivery Time
- Orders placed before 8:00 PM: Delivered within 4 hours.
- Orders placed after 8:00 PM: Delivered the next day.
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of 1.5 KD applies to all orders 35 KD or below.
- Free delivery is available on orders above 35 KD.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe or experience any issues, please contact us at info@getcare.me with your order number. We're here to help.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, we understand that issues can occur during delivery.
Damaged Products
You are eligible for a return or refund only if the product was delivered damaged. To qualify:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Include clear photos of the damage and your order number in your email to info@getcare.me.
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- The item has been used or opened.
- Damage was reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
- The item is not faulty or damaged.
